Launched in 2025, the two branches located in Albert Sqaure and Selfridge's in Manchester city centre have become a staple for quality matcha drinks and desserts. Rooted in centuries-old Japanese tea culture we honour the authentic craft of hand-whisked matcha using ceramonial-grade matcha sourced derectly from local small farms in Uji, Kyoto. We blend this heritage with a comtemporary twist - offering an innovative menu that reimagines the match experience.
